The inspiring plot of the musical emerges in a cozy guesthouse in Minnesota when times were tough during the Great Depression. It's a story that centers on the lives of the individuals staying there - guests and long-term residents alike. All of them carries their own hidden struggles and what makes this play unique is how it interweaves all these characters' lives.

The theatre performance will include everyone’s much-awaited songs including “Forever Young,” “Like A Rolling Stone” “All Along The Watchtower,” “Slow Train Coming,” and “Hurricane”

An interview with The Marlowe revolves around how director Conor McPherson had no experience with directing a musical prior to this venture and found himself delighting in the newfound experience. He shares that when it comes to a straight play, the dilemma lies in holding the viewers' attention merely through the dialogue and acting. However, in a musical, there come times where someone might suggest, “Shall we have a refreshing pause for everyone's benefit?” and you'd gladly agree, thinking it sounds quite fascinating.
