Bass Concert Hall Parking

There are a variety of parking options available in the University of Texas campus surface lots and garages, making it simple and convenient. Bass Concert Hall has a few easy parking options for visitors. While the venue itself doesn’t have a dedicated parking lot, the University of Texas provides multiple parking options and surface lots within walking distance.

Also keep in mind ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft are widely available across Austin, Texas, which can be a convenient alternative to driving and won’t require you to park anywhere.

Parking Opening Times

Guests are asked to arrive within plenty of time of a performance, in order to avoid congestion and/or delays. Parking will be open 3 hours prior to an event at Bass Concert Hall.

Campus Parking Garages

Discounted parking ($6) is available until 10pm, the day prior to an event, and can be purchased online at http://utparking.clickandpark.com/. All guests that have pre-purchased parking are asked to print out the relevant permit and display it on the dashboard of the vehicle. Please be advised that parking attendants may not be present at all events.

San Jacinto Garage

Located at 2401 San Jacinto Blvd, this garage is a short walk from the hall and offers hourly parking rates. It’s a popular choice for event attendees due to its proximity and ample space.

Trinity Garage

Situated at 1815 Trinity St, this garage is another convenient option, providing easy access to the venue. It’s a bit farther than San Jacinto Garage but still within a comfortable walking distance.

Parking Prices

Parking is also available for purchase in person on the day of an event at the entrances to campus surface lots and garages. The fee is $10, cash only.

Most Bass Concert Hall performances have the option of valet parking for $21, and for an additional $20, a no-wait priority service is available.
