Experience the music of Outlander live on stage at Outlander In Concert: Echoes Through The Highlands. The concert will take place at Bass Concert Hall on Saturday, November 28th, 2026 at 8:00 PM. Doors will open at 7:30 PM. The music of Outlander performed live by an orchestra playing the music of composer Bear McCreary, accompanied by highlighted scenes from all eight seasons of the show. Developed by showrunner Matthew B. Roberts, this unique theatrical production brings the music of Outlander to life before your eyes and in your heart. Bear McCreary

Grammy, Emmy and BAFTA nominated composer Bear McCreary is a versatile protégé of film composer legend Elmer Bernstein. In addition to composing for TV, McCreary has scored films and numerous video games, including the God of War series and The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. Other notable work includes The Walking Dead TV series, Battlestar Galactica, Foundation, Black Sails and Outlander. McCreary previously won a Primetime Emmy Award for outstanding achievement for main title design for Da Vinci’s Demons, as well as being nominated for Black Sails, Outlander and Human Target. He also holds a BAFTA and a DICE award, and has been nominated for multiple Grammys including his score for God of War (2018) and God of War Ragnarök (2023). McCreary’s latest album The Singularity is a rock concept album told over three chapters, presented in various formats; as a full album, as a live concert film and as an immersive 360 audio experience. The first chapter of his three part album, “A”, was released in 2024.

Bass Concert Hall Information

This fantastic classical performance is presented at one of the largest theaters in Austin, Bass Concert Hall, located at 2350 Robert Dedman Dr, Austin, Texas 78712. Bass Concert Hall is the flagship theater of Bass Concert Hall, the largest performing arts venue in Austin. Bass offers state-of-the-art production capabilities with a large stage, an adjustable orchestra pit. Grab & Go drinks and snack stations are conveniently located on Level 2. Or head up to Level 3 and the Flat Creek Estate Café where you can indulge in Flat Creek Estate wines, Texas craft beer and specialty coffee drinks. Bass Concert Hall is considered one of the best venues in the country to experience a performance. The Hall has undergone renovations in 2007, 2012 and 2021 to enhance the surround sound system, lobby and other amenities to promote audience comfort. Parking Information

Convenient parking garages for Performance Events at Bass Concert Hall are located near the venue at Lot 39 and the San Jacinto Garage (SJG). Reserved accommodation parking and valet parking are available for select performances. Once those options are sold out, you can still find street parking and other lots throughout the local area to start your walk to Bass.
